The perfect new mom finally came along for our special girl, Rio the Bullmastiff! Rio joins new mom, Shanon, in Hudson, Colorado where she'll eventually have 40 acres of land to roam and explore. For now it is leashed walks only until she bonds and establishes recall with her new mama, but it shouldn't take long because she was already giving her tail wags before she headed home. She has an Australian Shepherd brother named Rascal, a Pug brother named Mac, and Shadow and Dancer the horses to keep her company. Her mom adopted a stallion with similar fear/trust issues and is very committed to working with her to continue to come out of her shell and gain confidence.
