I'm hoping that third time will be my forever home! My name is Zeus and I was transferred over to BDHP after being surrendered back to the shelter I was adopted from 3 years ago. My parents were getting divorced and for some reason I was unable to go live with either of them, so here I am, waiting again for that home that will be mine always. I'm a 3-4 yr old, 125 lbs Saint Bernard/Mastiff mix (it's the best guess and we're going with it!). I'm a big love bug and have gotten along with all the other dogs and the kids. I am also house trained and ride in the car great...well, once I get myself up in there. I am good on the leash and have wonderful manners -- you see I went through a prison training program 3 years ago and passed with flying colors. I will be seeing a good doggy doctor to have my skin infection cleared up and my hips/knees evaluated (I have a bit of a tough time getting around currently), but rest assured the rescue will get me fixed up and feeling great in no time! I am about as sweet as they come though, no sense in beating around the bush - I like to tell it how it is! If I sound like your perfect companion just let me know.
Zeus is on Medical Hold and will be seeing a specialist soon. His hips look good but he likely will require TPLO knee surgery.
